Amber isn’t capturing screenshots
Make sure Amber has Screen Recording permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording. Restart the app after granting permission.
Search isn’t finding what I’m looking for
Try different words. Describe the content, the colors, the layout. The more specific, the better.
I want to delete my data
Email support@getamber.xyz and we’ll wipe everything. No questions asked.
